General terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of https://www.yochaai.com and communications from YOCHA AI LLC, operating under the YochaAI brand. Using the website does not by itself create a client relationship. Project scope, fees, deliverables, and additional terms are established in a separate written agreement when applicable.

YochaAI SMS Program

The YochaAI SMS Program sends appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, support follow-ups, and responses to customer-care requests submitted through the LeadConnector chat widget.

Enrollment is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. Message frequency varies.

Opt out and support

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text STOP to +1 (865) 304-1521. After you send STOP, we will send an SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, sign up through the same opt-in process and we will resume sending messages to you.

Message delivery and charges

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
